Receipt Proof

Receipt proof is part of BoxBack Plus. It helps you keep drop-off or pickup evidence with the return in case a refund is delayed or questioned.

Save a receipt

1. Open a return.
2. Tap Add Receipt.
3. Take a photo or choose a receipt image from Photos.
4. Select every return covered by that receipt.
5. Tap Save Receipt.

If one receipt covers multiple returns from the same trip, you can attach it to more than one active return.

Without Plus, the return detail screen offers Unlock Receipts instead of Add Receipt.

View saved receipts

Saved receipts appear on the return detail screen. Tap a receipt thumbnail to view it larger. Completed returns with receipts stay in History when Plus is unlocked.

Why save proof

Retailers and carriers can sometimes ask for proof that an item was dropped off or picked up. Keeping the receipt with the return makes it easier to find later.

BoxBack does not guarantee a refund outcome. Receipt proof simply keeps your records organized and close at hand.
