Reminders and History

BoxBack helps keep active returns visible until they are done.

Drop-off reminders

When reminders are enabled for a drop-off return, BoxBack schedules:

• Three days before the return is due
• One day before the return is due
• The morning the return is due

Pickup reminders

When reminders are enabled for a pickup return, BoxBack schedules:

• 8pm the night before pickup
• 9am on pickup morning

You can turn reminders on or off when adding or editing a return, and from Settings.

Filters

Use the filters on the Returns screen to focus the list:

• All
• Ready
• Due Soon
• Needs Photo

Complete a return

When a return is dropped off, picked up, or finished, mark it complete. Completed returns move out of the active list.

History

BoxBack Plus includes completed return history. Use History to review completed returns, reopen a return, or delete records you no longer need.

Without Plus, History explains that receipt history unlocks with the one-time upgrade.
