Show a Return Code

Use Show Code when you are ready to drop off a return, or when a pickup driver asks for a code.

Open the code

1. Open the return from the Returns list.
2. Check the item photo and, for drop-offs, the drop-off location.
3. Tap Show Code.

BoxBack opens a clean full-screen view with the code image and item name. Drop-off returns also show the drop-off location.

Brightness

When the code screen opens, BoxBack raises screen brightness so scanners can read the code more easily. Brightness returns to your previous setting when you close the code view.

Zoom

If your code screenshot contains a small code, pinch to zoom on the code image.

At drop-off or pickup

Show the code to the associate, scanner, or driver. Keep BoxBack open until the return is accepted and you have any receipt or confirmation.

For pickup returns, the code screen says to have the code ready if the driver asks for it. You may not need to show it every time.
